Dead lift; as many reps as possible in 3 minutes at double body weight. If that is 1, then it is 1. if double body weight is more than current 1RM, reduce to 90%
5 rounds of… 1 rope climb, 2 snatches (85%), 3 muscle ups, 4 handstand push ups
