CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement,” and that is exactly what we do here at Cuspis! With no two days being exactly the same, we strive to make fitness safe, fun, and effective. We lift weights, run, jump, throw, and play. Our goal is to become more well-rounded athletes and learn how to improve how we move our bodies in general.
The Coaching staff at CrossFit Cuspis shares decades of experience in countless fitness disciplines including, but not limited to: individual and team sports, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, martial arts, endurance training (5k, 10k, half and full marathons, cycling races, both road and trail, triathlons from Sprint to Ironman distances), military and first responder placement exams, physique-style training, swimming, self defense training, and more.
With several Certified Nutrition Coaches on our staff, there is always someone at CrossFit Cuspis who can work with you to improve your nutrition in order to achieve your health and fitness goals both inside and outside of your gym. We believe that proper nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. After all, you can’t outtrain a poor diet!
All members have access to designated Open Gym time slots that are available at CrossFit Cuspis seven days per week.
