A. 100 Med ball toss with a partner.

B. 21-15-9
Slam Ball
KBS 70/45
Wallball
Complete 5 shuttle sprints between the rounds of 21 and 15.

C. EMOM 10
Ascending Back Squat Ladder
Start at 80% back squat and decrease weight each round
The last set should be done at above 35%
Min 1 = 1 rep
Min 2 = 2 reps – 5/10 lbs
Min 3 = 3 reps – 5/10lbs
