Training of the Day
Ring pass through to push up as a skill. With the rings set about a foot off the ground start in the push up position, pass the legs through to a dip position. Don’t let the feet touch the ground. The lower the rings to the ground the greater the difficulty. Goal is to accomplish 3 sets of 10 unbroken with a push up to start each rep and a dip to finish each
21-15-9 of calorie row and HR push up. Rest 1 minute then 21-15-9 of double unders and burpees rest 1 minute then 15-12-9 of slam ball and toe to bar (Record total time)
