1 High hang, 1 hang snatch. Starting at 50% of 1RM and build OTM by 5/10lbs until failure. If less 10 minutes decrease by 5-10lbs and continue until the 10min clock has expired.
50-40-30 of Air squats, double unders, hang KB snatch (do half with one arm before switching)
(Event 6) Jerk: Break down the movement pattern in the jerk. Then 30-20-10-5 of… push press, sit up and kettlebell swing
