Wednesday 12/17

In pursuit of better serving our customers, we are at a point where we need to reexamine our policy on how dogs behave in our space. First, we love your dogs. The Carmelitas, Porters, and Maxes of the world are awesome. We are pushing to keep both members and their animals safe and happy.

In order to ensure this we must adjust our policy.  From today forward, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the facility. In addition to this, dogs that get a little anxious and noisy while their owner is grunting through a workout may be asked to be taken outside for the duration of the training session. This will be up to the coaches discretion.

If you have any questions about the policy or the enactment of this change, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or reach out to your Cuspis team in person. The goal of this is to provide a safe and comfortable class environment for you and your classmates. Please remember, your staff owns dogs, so we understand your connection with them, but we must be proactive to ensure that neither one of you gets into an accident.
