Kneeling on an AbMat complete strict press with either DB or KB. Secure a band around waist and to an anchor point with tension for core activation and stabilization.

B. 3 sets of:

11 Snatch 75/45
21 DU
rest 3 mins between sets
* These are ALL OUT sprints, leave nothing on the table*

8 Incline Push Ups
8 alternating dumbell snatch
