We’ve come pretty far in the past two years!! Thank you to all of the coaches and athletes who put in the work to make this place feel like less of a gym and more of a home. Here is to many more years to come!!! Now do birthday burpees!

Thurster ladder. Start at 3/4 body weight and increase by 10lbs (5lbs ladies) EMOM till failure
