“I was a bit intimidated by the thought of attending a Foundations class offered by most CrossFit gyms that brings together a bunch of other people over a month or so as I was concerned of potentially revealing that I may not be able to perform as well as I thought I could. Their approach was different in that they conduct individual one-on-one training sessions that are scheduled at my convenience. It was a great experience as I feel the Coach really was able to concentrate on my specific needs. “
