B. For time:
30 Muscle Ups
This can be ring, bar jumping or on the ground. Practice form and efficiency.

C. For reps, 5 rounds of:
On a 2 minute clock complete:
8 Bar facing burpees
8 Shoulder to OH 135/95 or @45% (from floor)
Max Effort Double Unders or Bar Hops

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
