Start at 7 and add 1 each minute until failure. If you fail before the 5 minute mark, start over. If you fail before the 10 minute mark, reduce your reps to the last round you completed successfully and repeat that number for 3 rounds.

Thanksgiving day we will hold one workout at 10:00am.  Please join us as it will be a blast.

Friday after Thanksgiving we will be open in the afternoon for two classes, 4:30 &5:30pm.

Saturday we will host normal schedule, free workout at 10:30 followed by open gym from 11:30 – 1:00pm.

Sunday we will have a modified schedule and be open from 10-12pm.
