Shock Blitzed… training of the day!

Today we will increase our theoretical maxes again. Based on how your lifts have been feeling they can increase anywhere from 0-10lbs. As before, some lofts might increase a little or a lot. They may not increase as much as they did the last time.


Back Squat

4 @70%
4×4 @80%

4 @75% (squat cleans from the hang)
2×4 @85% (regular squat cleans)

5 Clusters on Even mins 135/95
