The goal for today is to push the pace on the cardio. When you approach the bar, have a weight that allows for a minimum of 5-7 reps every time you pick it up. The focus is not going heavy, it’s on efficient technique and smooth barbell cycling. Be patient and get full range of motion on every rep!
This workout has a 25 minute time cap. With proper scaling all athletes should complete the workout in that time.
