   25 Box Jumps from Seated position, add height as able. 
B. 5 Rounds for form!
   3x (1 Power Snatch, 1 snatch Balance, 1 OHS)  35/45
   10 Good Mornings  
C. Magic # of Burpees in 2 sets.
   Rest 4 minutes between sets.
