The CrossFit Games open registration is now open.  It’s only $10 this year.  We are encouraging everyone to participate.  You will be doing the workouts each week as they will find their way into the programming.

Training of the Day
Clean complex
starting in a paused position 2″ off the ground…
1 power clean, 2 hang squat clean, 1 jerk.
on a 90 send off, starting at 50% of your power clean 1RM and increasing each 90 second interval (increase can be 5 or 10lbs)
then
CrossFit Games Open Workout 11.5
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (145lb / 100lb)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (20lb to 10′ target / 14lb to 9′ target)
