Deficite HSPU- choose 4,5 or 6 EMOM for 6 minutes
then
3 minute handstand hold, 30 Box jumps, 2 minute handstand hold, 40 toe to bar, 1 minute handstand hold, 50 burpees

(Event 5) Balance work. For 15 minutes play with 1 footed, weighted balance. Challenge to see who can hold a difficult 1 legged position with object overhead for the longest time. Then… AMRAP in 15 minutes of 400m run, 15 burpee pull ups
