A. 75 wallball sit-up toss.
Every 15 reps do :30 of planks.
B. Every :90 for 10 rounds:
Run 150m
1 attempt at a Clean.
Start @ 55% and increase weight each round. The goal is to get close to your PR if not break it!
C. For time:
21 Pistols (add weight if possible)
15 Clean and Jerks @55% max clean and jerk
9 Muscle Ups
