Back squat- 7/7 @ 65%, 5/5 @ 75%, 3/3 @ 85%

 

Part 2:

For time:
135 pound Back squat, 50 reps
40 Pull-ups
135 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 30 reps
85 pound Front squat, 50 reps
40 Pull-ups
85 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 30 reps
65 pound Overhead squat, 50 reps
40 Pull-ups
65 pound Shoulder-to-overhead, 30 reps (Time cap is 23 minutes. Every unfinished rep adds :01 to your time)

 

Beginner class:

(Event 3) Squat, high bar Vs Low bar back squat. Build to a moderate weight. Then…. Buy in 40 wall ball, 3 rounds of 50ft walking lunge, 20 kettlebell cleans(alternating), 40 wall ball cash out
