A. 5×5 KB or BARBELL windmills.


C. 25 Minutes to find a max effort…. POWER CLEAN!!!
Be sure to focus on a higher pull to catch the bar above a squat position. This is a different technique that a squat clean.

D. 4 rounds for reps of:
2 minutes to complete:
10 Wallball
10 Slam Ball
10 Lateral Bar Hops
Max Effort Wind Sprints (25ft out, 25ft back)
Rest 2 mins between rounds
