Training of the Day
Work on developing clean bar path on snatch at a light weight for 10-15 minutes. Practice rope climb technique as well as muscle up and unsupported HSPU. There is a lot going on in this workout. Try to not scale as much as possible, even if that means only getting through 1 full round.
As Many Rounds as possible in 14 minutes of… 2 snatches (80%), 2 rope climbs, 2 muscle ups, 2 turkesh get ups (each side @ 55/35), 2 unsupported HSPU
