Use the same weight for the Push Press/Power Cleans
Use the same weight for the Back Squat/Deadlifts
Round weight to nearest 5# to make weight changes easy and fast
One cycle will look like:
3 Push Press -> weight to rack and add weight -> 5 back squat -> weight to ground -> 5 deadlift -> remove weight -> 5 power clean -> weight to rack on last rep
