Where: CrossFit Cuspis is located in the Highlands at 3730 Federal Blvd. Denver, CO 80211
When: Saturday, October 5th 2013 – This will be an all day event, details to follow!
Registration: $75
Details: Any and all CrossFit Benchmarks will be game. Scaled division will use approximately 30% less weight and will be permitted a standard scaling option. An example of this could be “Fran” where RX is….

Prizes: There will be a cash prize for the overall male and female RX winners. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in both the RX and Scaled divisions will also receive prizes.

Rep Fitness will have their products set up in our warm up area for athletes to demo. They are also providing some awesome prizes including kettlebells and bumper plates
Simply Pure Nutrients will be providing supplements to the winner of the “Hero WOD”
Blackside Concepts will be unveiling something very cool at the benchmark brawl. Those in attendance will be the first to have a crack at it.
There will be food on sight provided by the Paleo Wagon. Bring your appetite, they have caveman size portions.
