2 hang pulls from just above the knee (completes at around the belly button)
1 power snatch from the ground
1 hang squat

6 rounds starting at 60% of 1RM. Increase weight each round. Rest is athlete dependent. All 6 rounds in under 10 minutes.

overhead squats (60% 1 RM)
