Mark your calenders for May 18th!  Cuspis will be hosting it’s first full out competition! The programming has been developed for newer CrossFitters.  So if you have been curious as to what it’s like to compete this will be perfect for you.  You won’t have to worry about going head to head with someone who has a ton of competition experience.  There will be two workouts and a floater over the course of the day (9am-3:30pm) More info will be coming very soon.  You will be able to register through our site.  Get EXCITED Cuspis!!!!

Training of the Day
5-4-3-2-1-1-1 Back squat
60-70-80-90-100% 1RM
then
AMRAP in 12 minutes of….
6-Thrusters (115/75)
9-Sumo Dead Lift High pull (115/75)
12- Burpees
