Even minutes – 1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull-Ups / 10 Push-Ups / 15 Air Squats)
This workout is designed to be a nice steady grind for 40 minutes!
Many athletes won’t be able to complete all of the prescribed volume within the minute, so the best way to scale is to find a variation that allows for somewhere between 45 and 50 seconds of work each minute!
