Tom has been part of the CrossFit community since 2008 and coaching since 2009. Fitness has been a constant in his life for as long as he can remember. He grew up playing sports and has been strength training since the age of 13, developing an early appreciation for discipline, effort, and long-term progress.

What continues to resonate with Tom about CrossFit is its unmatched ability to adapt to the individual. It is a training methodology that meets people where they are and grows with them over time, supporting a wide range of goals, abilities, and life stages without losing its effectiveness or intent.

Tom’s coaching philosophy is simple. He wants every person who trains at CrossFit Cuspis to benefit from their time in the gym, regardless of why they walked through the door in the first place. Whether someone is training for competition, general health, stress relief, or confidence, his goal is to provide thoughtful coaching that helps people move better, train smarter, and stay consistent.
