
Emily has been part of the CrossFit community since 2008 and coaching since 2015. Fitness has been a constant in her life since 2000, spanning team sports, strength and conditioning, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, endurance racing, yoga, and CrossFit. She believes deeply in CrossFit’s focus on “General Physical Preparedness” and sees it as the foundation that allows individuals to confidently take on new sports, challenges, and life’s curveballs. Her coaching style is focused on building durable and capable humans for the long haul.
