    • A personalized data tracking system
    • Specific resources, tips, tricks & hacks for the above focuses
    • Monthly 1 hour long coaching calls 
    • A mid month text check in
    • Unlimited access to your coach via text or email
  • Price: $129/month (2 month minimum commitment)

• Level 2: Advanced Nutrition Coaching
  • Designed for athletes looking to focus on the above, but also target more specific health conditions or concerns, such as, but not limited to:
    • Hormone dysfunction/PMS/cycle irregularities
    • Thyroid conditions
    • GI conditions/poor gut health/food sensitivities
    • Blood sugar dysregulation
    • High cholesterol/high blood pressure
    • Auto-immune conditions
    • Sleep/stress/cortisol/adrenal concerns
  • You’ll receive:
    • A personalized data tracking system
    • An in depth, step by step protocol to address your health needs
    • Blood panel analysis (if no current labs available for review, they can be ordered at an additional cost)
