4 rounds of….1 squat snatch at 85%, 2 rope climbs, 3 squat cleans with a 3 second hold at the bottom (Use same weight as snatch bar), 4 chest to bar pull ups
(Event 6) Jerk: Become famliar with the press, push press, power jerk and split jerk. Then; 5 rounds for time of… 150m run, 12 kettlebell clean and jerk (alternating) 6 pull ups
