Don’t forget…. We now have open gym from 7am-noon every weekday.  We still have open gym from 3-4:30 every weekday too.  Many of your coaches train at this time so if you want to throw down with them feel free to join in.  Today is also our first Monday night Beginners class.

Training of the Day
Back squat
8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
start at 70% and increase by 10lbs (5lbs for ladies)

then
8 rounds of…
5 air squats- 3 box jump
then
8 rounds of…
5 toe to bar- 3 pull ups

No rest between the sets.

7:30 beginner class
Dead lift

Then….
12 minutes, As Many Rounds As Possible of….
5 box jumps
10 knee to elbow
15 air squats
