It’s been a tough week, lets start today with 20 minutes of active mobility work
Part 2:
12 minutes for 1 mile run. Complete heaviest jerk possible in remaining time. Rest 2 minutes then 400m run TT
Beginner class:
(Event 4) Snatch- AMRAP in 12 minutes of 3 power snatch, 3 squat snatch, 13 burpees
