Kettlebell Flow:

12 minutes to complete 4-5 rounds of the following Kettlebell flow:
8 Slow KB Goblet Cossack Squats (4/4)
8 KB Bent-Over Rows (4/4)
8 Russian KB Swings
Rest (allow just enough to set it down, shake out grip, and pick it back up)
8 KB Push Press (4/4)
8 KB Snatch (4/4)
8 1 1/2 Goblet Squats

Workout:

CrossFit Games Open Workouts 11.6
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:
3 Thrusters (65/100#) / 3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
6 Thrusters / 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
9 Thrusters / 9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
12 Thrusters / 12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
15 Thrusters / 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 15, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.
