Training of the Day!
Its the last burpee Monday. As you dry those tears look back on all the fond memories you had while flopping on the floor. Today we will test how fast you can do 100/75 reps. I think if you give this a solid effort you will shock yourself with the results.
We will be wrapping up this cycle of training by repeating some of the first workouts we saw with it. Hopefully you will remember what you got the last time and crush it!
A. Tabata Double Unders
B. For time:
If your Magic Number is 120 or less, complete 75 Burpees for time.
If your Magic Number is 130 or greater complete 100 Burpees for time.
Do these as fast as possible with very little pacing.

3 sets of:
AMRAP 5
5 power cleans (70% of 1RM)
10 Box Jumps
15 kettlebell swings
Rest 2 mins between sets
