The open is coming. Every year we have seen a repeat of previous tests. To get a feel for what is coming, we will be completing a lot of the previous CrossFit Games open workouts. If you have never participated in an open please ask another athlete or one of your coaches as to the benefit of signing up.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lb / 100lb)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24″ / 20″)
